- 1. View Available Units-Browse currently available rooms and studios on the “Available Rooms” page.
- 2. Submit Rental Application-Complete the secure online application and pay the application fee.
- 3. Submit Documents – Email or text your photo ID, proof of income, and payment screenshot
- 4. Application Review – Your application is reviewed within 24–48 hours.
- 5. Approval & Deposit – If approved, you will receive instructions for deposit and move-in date.
- 6. Move In – Receive your keys and enjoy your furnished, move-in ready space.

- Proof of income (paystub, letter, or bank statement)
- Completed online application
- Screenshot of application fee payment
What to Expect After Approval
• Tenants must keep shared areas clean, respectful, and in good condition
• Guests are allowed but must be limited and respectful of other tenants
• Quiet hours apply during nighttime out of respect for others
• No smoking inside the unit (designated areas only, if applicable)
• Maintenance concerns should be reported immediately
• Rent must be paid on time to maintain tenancy
• Move-in inspection checklist will be completed before keys are issued
